Materials
Stainless steel lid and control panel with porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grates. Cast iron grates hold heat better than thin wire, which is what gives you proper sear marks.
Intended use
Everyday family grilling and entertaining, where speed and control matter more than smoke flavour.
Assembly
Cart, burners, and lid assemble on arrival. Allow a couple of hours; two people make it easier.
Care
Burn off and brush the grates after each cook. Empty the grease tray regularly — grease build-up is the main cause of flare-ups.
