Details
A wood-burning bowl in heavy oxidised steel that develops a rust patina by design. There is no paint to blister off around the burn zone, which is where painted fire pits usually start to look tired after a season.
Key features
- Deep bowl that holds a proper log fire
- Patina finish that improves rather than degrades
- Spark screen included
- Raised stand to keep heat off the ground
Materials
Heavy-gauge oxidised steel. Expect the surface to darken and develop an even rust-brown tone over the first months outdoors.
Intended use
Wood fires in gardens and on stone or gravel. Not suited to timber decking without a substantial heat barrier beneath.
Assembly
Legs attach to the bowl. Hardware included.
Care
Empty ash when cold and keep the bowl drained so water does not stand in it. Do not cover with plastic while warm.
What's included
Fire bowl, legs, spark screen, and hardware.
Not included
Cover, poker, cooking grate, and fuel are sold separately. The patina finish may mark porous paving beneath it.
Care & Maintenance
Care guidance specific to each material is included in the product details above. General guidance for outdoor pieces: rinse surfaces with clean water and mild soap, allow cushions and textiles to dry fully before storage, and keep timber, metal and stone clear of standing water over winter.
